[Construction Case] Soil Retention Work Non-Vibrating Hydraulic Insertion
Smooth construction is possible! Introducing methods for driving and extracting sheet piles.
"Non-vibrating hydraulic pile driving" is a method where several reaction piles (sheet piles) installed underground are clamped and used to provide pull-out resistance, allowing the next pile to be driven in with static load from hydraulic pressure. The pile driving machine, power unit, and crane are set up at the construction site, and the initial reaction piles are installed using a reaction frame. First, the pile driving machine and reaction frame are installed horizontally, using the total weight on the frame as the reaction to drive in the first pile. Then, the pile driving machine is self-propelled to use the driven pile as a reaction pile for the next pile installation. This process is repeated to ensure smooth construction.
